Rodolfo holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.Sc. in Applied Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP). He served as an economist in the Economic Research Department at Fiesp (Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo) from 2012 to 2015, and as a macro research economist at Banco Santander from 2015 to 2020. He was also a visiting researcher at the University of Manitoba (Canada) in 2012. He currently serves as Economic Research Vice President at XP Inc, where he is part of the sell-side economics team and is responsible for producing forecasts and studies, as well as conducting meetings and events with clients (Institutional Investors, Private, Corporate, SMEs, among others). In early 2025, Rodolfo became a Partner at XP Inc.

Head of Brazil Fixed Income and FX Macro Strategy at XP and Quantitative Political Analyst. With over 15 years of experience in macroeconomic and political analysis, he holds an MSc in Economics and has been a partner at XP since 2019, after joining the firm in 2018.
