El mayor valor obtenido en la enajenación o rescate de las cuotas de este fondo, cuenta con el beneficio tributario del artículo 107 Numeral 2) de la Ley de Impuesto a la Renta, conforme a los requisitos establecidos en dicha disposición legal.

La posibilidad de rescatar o no su inversión se regirá por las condiciones establecidas para ello en el reglamento interno del Fondo.

No obstante, la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero fiscaliza a la Administradora y a los Fondos administrados por ésta, aquella no se pronuncia sobre la calidad de las cuotas ofrecidas ni de las garantías constituidas por el Fondo.
